Stark was spun out in 2024 to build attack drones, led by a co-founder of Quantum Systems. Its flagship Virtus is a one-way loitering munition, and the company raised about 340 million euros in 2025. It is a named supplier in the German armed forces program for AI-enabled loitering munitions.
