Spanish autonomous drones for underground and confined-space inspection.
Hovering Solutions builds its own GPS-free autonomous drones that inspect underground infrastructure such as water collectors, mining chambers, and hydropower penstocks, generating high-detail 3D models to find corrosion, cracks, and leaks. In 2024 it worked with Enel on underground inspection, and in January 2025 completed a prototype drone for autonomous tunnel inspection, with one flight reaching seven kilometers underground.
